Personally I think Christopher McEneaney, 16, and Andre Mark, 18 of Philadelphia, PA overreacted on that one, whacking Martin Malone, 47 with a shovel and stabbing him (mostly in the ass!) until he died. I've been following the Zacharias Moussaoui case over the past few weeks and more than anything else been baffled by the government's incredible incompetence that almost got the guy off the hook.

The only reason he didn't fly a jet into the White House was because he got caught. He's not sorry, he has no regret. If there ever was a crime that justified death as punishment, this is it.
