I was going to write a serious post commenting on the sorry state of the world, but upon closer inspection there's nothing to report.

Yesterday a bunch of people got killed in Iraq. The day before a bunch of people got killed in Iraq. The day before that a bunch of people got killed in Iraq. What else is new?
